I was raised by a mostly single father who was fortunate enough to have the security of a Union job. I capitalized that on purpose. For all of the crap that came with being in a Union, and there was a lot, the good far outweighed the bad. Chiefly, that Union job made it possible for me to grow up with some sense of security.
|You're welcome, ladies.|
Okay, I'm writing this as I am watching the Navy lose (I hope) to THE Ohio State University.
Why all the reverence for an Ohio school, Rudy?
Well, person, TGB happens to be a rabid Buckeyes fan and, as someone who enjoys marital bliss, I have adopted them as the-team-I-like-who-isn't-USC. Also, as someone who got lucky enough to find a smoking hot woman who also knows and loves football... shit, I would cheer for UCLA (if USC wasn't on) if she asked.
Of course, I will leave her ass if she ever cheers for the Raiders.
